**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Coordinate, monitor and record stock departures and deliveries to the site
- Control public access to our facilities
- Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pickup of stock
- Ensure all relevant documentation relating to the movement of stock is correct
- Operate forklift to unload damaged vehicle deliveries from tow trucks and load sold vehicles for transportation once sold
- Partner effectively with other departments in relation to incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Follow all WHS requirements and ensuring a safe environment for members of the public

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven customer service experience
- Clear communication skills
- Current manual drivers’ license (**essential**)
- Current Forklift License **(essential)**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety
- Sound computer skills
