**About the role**:
A Digital Strategy and Transformation Consultant is a senior and critical role within UST’s consulting team. They predominately work within a squad of cross functional consultants (comprised of Strategists, Digital Architects, human-centred designers, digital analysts and digital engineers); providing advisory services to our clients.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead a digital strategy squad to deliver specific outcomes-based engagements for our clients. This involves both managing the client stakeholder’s expectations and supporting the needs of the consulting squad.
- Facilitate workshops and lead the squad to define Customer Experience Strategy, technology roadmaps, and target operating models.
- Develop the business case for digital solutions and presenting to clients.
- Support the digital practice in the creation of points of view and leading proposals / client presentations to win new consulting work.
- Collaborate with other UST service lines to craft unique solutions for our clients.
- Build practice capability and supporting knowledge sharing / training of junior consultants.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- 7-10 years’ experience in Consulting or Technology services (with a strong focus on digital solution consulting).
- A strong track record leading client advisory, technology assessment and solutioning, along with demonstrated experience leading complex digital transformation engagements.
- Extensive experience facilitating workshops and leading a cross functional digital to develop Customer Experience Strategy, and/or technology roadmaps, and/or target operating models.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, you should be able to create artifacts fit for CxO consumption and present to CxO level with confidence.
- Extensive onsite and client facing experience; preferably across multiple domains (note: a domain preference is ok, as long as you are comfortable working across industries).
- Experience building exec relationships on engagements; to drive successful outcomes, identify new consulting opportunities, and positioning / pitching for consulting work with clients.
- Knowledge of modern business strategy methodologies: Agile, Lean, Design Thinking.
- Prior experience in consultative selling / business development will be highly regarded.
