**About the Role**

As a Revit Modeler you will be reponsible for the production of coordinated and consistent drawings / models and mentor more junior staff and your key responbilities will be to:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and produce high-quality MEP models using Revit software.
- Create accurate and detailed MEP drawings, schematics, and diagrams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Ensure that elements of the design are coordinated with other design team members
- Produce and develop 3D models using Revit MEP to the project requirements and standards
- Produce detailed reports, including quantity take-offs and material specifications.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure consistency and accuracy of MEP models and drawings.
- Conduct quality control checks on all MEP models and drawings to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Attend project meetings to provide technical expertise and support to the design and construction teams.

**About You**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in MEP modeling using Revit software
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and drafting practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fully conversant with relevant Australian Drafting Standards.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or related field.
