An exciting permanent, full-time opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Specialist to work within a well established training organisation located in Milton.

**You will need to have the following**:

- Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) - either current or eligible to apply
- Well developed administration skills with at least 2-3 years experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills from a customer facing role (with experience responding to product and service questions either face to face or via phone)
- Previous experience within a registered training organisation (RTO) would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, together with the confidence to learn new systems quickly

**In this role you will be required to provide administration support to successful outcomes for students and apprentices/trainees, including**:

- Accurately and efficiently enter information into databases, learning management system (LMS) and information systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations
- Deliver exceptional customer service whilst liaising with clients (including apprentices, trainees, students, employers, business partners and government departments) regarding training, certification, processes and qualifications
- Organise documentation and training information for learners, employers and other stakeholders
- Provide administration support to trainers and managers in areas such as booking flights and accommodation, scheduling appointments/meetings/training events, compiling training materials, composing written correspondence, etc
- Undertake apprentice/trainee/student eligibility checks and process enrolments
- Accurately enter and verify data for assessments, profession of learners and other statistics
- Recordkeeping tasks including maintaining, updating and verifying information in learner files
- Accurately and efficiently record minutes and action items for management meetings, including undertaking follow-up as required
- Associated administration, client service and clerical duties as required
