If so, we invite you to join our team as the Lead Health & Safety, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organisation’s strong commitment to the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.

**About You**
- Lead and manage a small team of two advisors
- Stay up to date on the latest regulatory changes and recommend safety system improvements
- Advise and collaborate with business leaders on the implementation of safe work systems, identification of hazards and the resolution of safety risks
- Support and guide leaders through safety investigations
- Manage corporate Health and Safety training
- Prepare informative and concise reports for Committees, ensuring Health and Safety management status remains visible
- Support leaders to manage injuries and illnesses, including return-to-work programs
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- 5+ years’ health & safety experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in injury management, along with a working knowledge of the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Acts
- High level of interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to provide detailed guidance and advice to People Leaders and identify risks to the business and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to conduct and manage incident investigations.
