- Be a **team player** with excellent **communication skills** and have exceptional **people management skills** and a genuine **passion for mentoring teams.**:

- **Provide guidance and support** to the Centre for Assessment and Rating.

You must have a **strong working knowledge** of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards with **prior leadership experience** in mentoring educators to **meet high standards** of curriculum and documentation.

We would prefer if you had **a sound and successful ‘track record’** of working as an educational leader in an educational environment.

**This role is a full-time, non-contact position. However, flexible working hours are available to attract the best applicant. It is expected that the educational leader will be spending much of their time working with staff in the practical teaching workplace.**

**The Suitable Applicant will -**
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or similar qualification.
- Current First Aid and Working with Children's Check.
- Current knowledge of online platform Xap or other Childcare software platforms.

**Renumeration**:
As this is a very senior position within Childcare, a generous renumeration package will be offered to ensure the best possible person will be appointed. This package will be discussed with each applicant and will be customised to satisfy the needs of each applicant. This will also be based on the applicant’s knowledge and experience.

**About Centenary**
- Centenary Childcare & Early Education Centre is a family-owned Centre in Mt Ommaney in the Western suburbs of Brisbane.
- We always put our children, families, and staff first.
- Most of our staff have been with the Centre for over 10 years, and many staff have been with the Centre for over 20 years.
- We have created a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment that lets our children build strong early education foundations to carry them through their educational journey.
- We care for and educate children from 6 weeks to school age, and also with an after school care and vacation care program.
- We are a 13 room Centre with out of the box features and engaging environments such as a ball pool, waterpark, running creek-bed, large open playgrounds and so much more.
- We have 3 pre-school rooms, taught by 3 qualified pre-school teachers, with an active School readiness program.
- We have a total teaching staff of over 40 full-time educators.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
