**About Us**:
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business opportunities, providing strategic advice, and fostering a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement.

This role reports to the Commercial Manager - IT & Digital, and sits within a dynamic and rapidly growing business unit that focuses on IT, Digital, and Digital Health solutions. You will be an entrepreneurial thinker with a curiosity for identifying and driving business opportunities.

You'll provide commercial and strategic insights to our leadership teams, contribute to business cases for new digital health ventures and IT projects, and oversee financial and commercial management processes. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, while delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights that enhance decision-making.

**About the Role**:
**Here's some of what you’ll do:
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively drive improved business insights and decision making for IT, Digital, and Digital Health.
- Develop business cases and support the implementation of technology and Digital Health projects, and subsequent tracking of results, including post implementation reviews
- Forecasting & budgeting - support the annual budgeting process, own and drive the monthly forecasting processes by working with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality business planning around key operational drivers.
- Partner Commercial Managers in ownership of end-to-end IT, Digital and Digital Health Business Units P&L and balance sheet financial management.
- Execute analysis and commentary to support and explain key variances in consolidated P&L / EBT results, delivering clear and concise reports to senior management
- Assist with new business acquisitions by developing a sound knowledge of transaction agreements, including shareholders agreement, to ensure all API and Digital Health Business Units obligations are being tracked and supported to delivery
- Support the transition of Digital Health financial & reporting processes to Wesfarmers requirements.

**About you**:
**What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance-related discipline.
- CPA/CA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant business partnering experience.
- FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.
- Strong commercial focus with the ability to distil data into actionable reports for senior leaders.
- Advanced Excel skills and extensive financial modelling experience essential.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and develop effective stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in commercial management accounting, period end close processes, performance management, and reporting.
- Critical thinker with strong cross-functional problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).**Why us?
