**Your new role**

As the Sales & Customer Service Manager you are accountable for delivering a consistently high customer service experience as well as being responsible for the sales teams’ new business, acquisition and customer retention targets, initiatives & strategies through multiple regions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work across the C&D leadership team to ensure that sales and customer service initiatives and plans are consistent with the national C&D strategy, and liaise with marketing and brand as required. You are responsible for supporting branches within the region to deliver high quality profitable outcomes through sales wins & price management activities. Most importantly you will drive an inclusive, connected, and high-performance culture within the sales and customer service teams and broader C&D community.

**Your skills and experience**

You have experience leading and managing people, with demonstrated expertise and experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in SME & MID tier, with exposure to the construction industry. Furthermore, you possess high-level conceptual and analytical skills with a sophisticated approach to understanding and balancing diverse customer and stakeholder needs, with the ability to translate them into effective solutions, strategic initiatives, and process improvements. You embrace and lead change, and work successfully in multidisciplinary teams to implement strategy.
