French Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality French language education programs based on the Australian Curriculum
- Create lesson plans, assessments, and resources that align with the school's teaching philosophy
- Encourage student engagement and participation in French language learning
- Provide ongoing feedback to students and parents about their progress in French
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support the school's educational goals
- Contribute to the school's co-curricular program by supporting French language-related activities and events

**Essential Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in French language education
- VIT registration as a teacher in Victoria
- Excellent understanding of the Australian Curriculum and how it applies to the teaching of French language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans
- Passion for teaching French language and culture

This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing at the start of Term 3, 2023. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
