**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Planning, Urban Design, or related discipline is highly desirable and preferred.
- An understanding of government policies and programs with an emphasis on the built environment and design.
- Understanding of the Victoria Planning Provisions and the _Planning and Environment Act 1987, _particulrly Part 4 of the Act.

**This is a fixed term position available for a period of 16 months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria.**
