**Role Responsibilities**
- Provides a customer focused quality evaluation and advisory service to all stakeholders on admission, qualifications, procedures and eligibility.
- Interprets, quality checks, evaluates and assesses national and international qualifications in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge and provides advice on alternative courses and pathway solutions for applicants who do not automatically qualify for admission to their preferred course.
- Generates Letters of Offer for qualified applicants according to the provided guidelines and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains accurate records within systems used in the delivery of Office functions and processes
- Undertakes special projects, prepares reports and makes recommendations to ensure the objectives of the Office are met.
- Assists in organising and attending admission based recruitment activities which may occur out of normal working hours.

**Required Skills or Experience**
- Completion of a relevant degree; or completion of a diploma with considerable relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Demonstrated experience in customer service delivery and a personal commitment to continually achieving a high level of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage own work activities and priorities in order to provide effective delivery of services and meet work area requirements, priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to use discretion and knowledge to determine appropriate actions.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships across a wide range of areas and organisational levels.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with ability to construct documentation and articulate information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

**Desirable Experience**
- Relevant experience in a tertiary education environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in undergraduate and postgraduate admissions.
