**About the Role**
Arcare is looking for a Client Service Manager to achieve growth and sales targets for the Sunshine Coast region. This role will report to the Regional Client Service Manager.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service position
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Ability to relate to the ageing clients and families at a stressful time
- Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
- Must be solution focused
- Established referral network and ability to build on Arcare's relationships with relevant key referral agencies such as hospitals and placement agencies
- Sound organisational and communication skills
- Strong leader with demonstrated team management capability
- Current Drivers Licence
