**The role**
- We have an exciting opportunity in our Operations team for a keen and motivated individual who is interested in taking the next step in their career at
- **Transdev Sydney Ferries (TDSF)** as our
- **Leave and Payroll Administrator.**

Reporting directly to the Rostering and Planning Supervisor, this position is responsible for the coordination of ferry crew leave plans and associated time and attendance system entries for approximately 500 employees across TDSF. The role is also responsible for monitoring plans and coordinating amendments to ensure accuracy.- Your great attention to detail and experience in a similar or payroll environment, will see you reviewing and amending time and attendance system to accurately reflect work attendance performed by our staff.- Working closely with payroll you must be prepared to be called on to work on weekend and public holidays if required.**What you bring**
- You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work, with demonstrated experience in payroll processing and roster allocations in an operational environment. This role will suit someone who thrives in working with people in a unionised and time critical environment.

Being in the Transport industry we are challenged by a dynamic environment so your demonstrated analytical aptitude in the areas of mathematics and business operations will see you succeed in this position. Working closely with our Roster and Planning Supervisor this role aims to support our Service Planning and Delivery team in line with our roster and planning performance KPI’s.
