**Role Description/Criteria**

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for a Chief Exam Supervisor position.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

The primary focus of this role is the provision of effective administration support to the Principal and the VCE Leader for the administration and conduct of examinations at the College, with specific responsibilities in the following areas:

- Have overall responsibility and be accountable to the principal for the conduct and administration of the VCE external assessments
- Attend VCE Examination Conduct and Administration training for VCE external assessments before the GAT in June
- Manage and administer all exam preparation materials
- Manage and oversee all unit 3/4 exams at the college (practice and final)
- General responsibilities as required by the VCE Leader to administer all VCE exams at the College
- Manage and oversee the exam supervisor
