- Assist the Collections function with the restructure of current loan facilities.
- Assist with the preparation of Pre-Investment Committee (PIC) submissions for consideration.
- Monitor industry, market or business trends and report any significant to internal stakeholders any significant trends or changes which may impact on the performance and quality of the total portfolio.

**Who are you?**
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or Commerce.
- Proven credit underwriting experience focusing on commercial assets, within a financial services company, ideally with a lending delegation.
- Sound knowledge of collection policies and procedures, including legal guidelines and restrictions, as well as a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
- Strong experience developing score cards and automated credit decisioning processes (desirable).
- Excellent analytical skills with a real focus on providing excellent customer service.
