**The Opportunity**

Country Road Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will support business target delivery across our paid social and partnerships landscape for the CRG brands. You will be responsible for leading our paid social and partnerships campaigns across key platforms (e.g.: DV360, Yahoo, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest).

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage a Digital Marketing Coordinator and will be the key point of contact when it comes to all paid social and partnerships queries. In addition, this role will work closely with stakeholders and publishers to build strategies that will deliver on performance in alignment to the broader business targets.

**What does the role involve?**
- Oversee management of paid social and partnerships (e.g.: BVOD, Display, Native, Audio, YouTube, Content, etc) with best practice principles and governance behind every build.
- Collaborating with internal brand and broader teams to plan, respond and optimise campaigns to meet deliverables and goals in accordance to the brief.
- Develop and manage internal processes to support day to day implementation across paid social and programmatic trading platforms (e.g.: DV360, Campaign Manager and Yahoo).
- Build a solid relationship with publishers and ad tech publishers to identify partnerships opportunities.
- Lead and continuously test and provide recommendations for optimisations and/or testing plans.
- Manage budget pacing to ensure budgets are on target and in line with objectives and strategy.
- Manage the reporting of all BAU and campaign activity while developing new reports, benchmarks documents and dashboards as required by the business.
- Champion performance targets for CRG through analysis and weekly optimisations.
- Collaborate with team members across other media and marketing verticals to share insights and capabilities in order to develop a cohesive experience across all brand touchpoints.
- Mentor your team members ensuring their goals are reached in the end of the financial year.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business or relevant field combined with additional qualifications that demonstrate deeper understanding of digital marketing and platforms.
- 3 to 4+ years’ experience in industries such as retail, FMCG or digital agency with retail account or media partner such as Meta or Google
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in the past
- Ability to manage large scale budget
- Proven experience managing people
- Experience in campaign optimisation and data analysis for reporting using both Excel and PowerPoint
- Be familiar with audience segmentation and have a passion for understanding consumer insights and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business idea
- Working in a fast-paced environment across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, Campaign Manager and Yahoo.
