- The primary role of the
- **Retail Coordinator** is to assist the Retail Manager in the co-ordination of employees. In addition, you are also responsible for:
- Managing the floor staff during the evenings
- Coordinating staff recruitment if required
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
**About You**

- Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
