**Role Overview**
In the role of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving HSEQ-related activities and initiatives within our client's manufacturing operations.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Orchestrating and championing HSEQ initiatives within the manufacturing division, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Providing guidance, coaching, and influence to key stakeholders and team members to enhance safety, environmental practices, and quality standards
- Inputting HSEQ data into Incident Management System and collaborating with our operations team to identify and implement effective controls
- Conducting hazard identification and risk reviews while spearheading control measures.
- Evaluating and enhancing existing systems, pinpointing areas for improvement.
- Assisting in random on-site drug and alcohol assessments to maintain a safe workplace.
- Co-chairing and supporting the OHS Committee meetings.
- Assessing training needs and delivering training sessions as required.
- Managing WorkCover claims and Return to Work (RTW) processes to ensure efficient resolution.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Display adaptability and a strong desire to contribute your expertise towards fostering a culture of improvement.
- Hold a minimum Certificate IV in WHS
- Have experience with HSEQ ISO accreditation
- Demonstrate a track record of success in developing and implementing safety initiatives, preferably within a warehouse or similar environment
- Showcase your ability to effectively coach, lead, and inspire team members to elevate safety standards
- Possession of ICAM investigation qualifications is preferred
