**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Stratco’s **Epping manufacturing facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sheet metal fabricator to join their flashing operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manufacturing goods to the customers' requirements
- Flashing operations including operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
- Pick and pack products and load to the vehicle
- Interpreting product drawings
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Forklift License essential
- Experience using Sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) will be highly regarded
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace

**This is a full-time opportunity working day shift (6:00am to 2:00pm) with some flexibility to work hybrid shifts.**
