We have the newly created position of **Integrated Resource Planning Manager** available to join our Residential leadership team based at our Pier St office in Perth. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, this position will implement robust staff resource allocation and roster management across our residential business division of 14 residential aged care facilities.

The principal aim of the role is staff resource process management and execution facilitation, to ensure efficient and financially sustainable care delivery. It requires formal alignment and engagement methods with the Finance, Human Resource Management, Aged Care Navigation, and Facility Management teams to implement and improve the planning, delivery, and compliance management functions of the role.

Responsibilities of this role will also include:

- Development, delivery and governance of robust roster, relief pool, and leave management practices for Bethanie.
- Leading Bethanie’s Integrated Planning Team in the delivery of resourcing budget specifications, long-term staff resource plans, fully resourced operational rosters, and relief pool staff to fill shift vacancies.
- Facilitating and supporting a continuous improvement process to actively identify and realise opportunities to improve roster management and execution processes, behaviours, and outcomes.
- Developing the annual baseline financial and compliance resource management plan, to cost effectively deliver residential care in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

**About you**

You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven ability to remain agile and adapt your plans to produce workable solutions. You are an exceptional communicator with excellent active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- More than five years’ experience in operational planning and management.
- Extensive staff resource management experience including rostering, budgeting, and overseeing compliance.
- Experience in developing and implementing long-term staffing and resource plans in a dynamic environment or industry.
- Proven leadership experience in developing and maintaining high-performing teams, including training and professional development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, an associated discipline, or equivalent demonstrable Business Management experience.
