**Overview**
inSite Construction Services is a South-East Queensland based privately owned commercial builder that specialises in the delivery of education, health & institutional projects within live operational environments. We are looking for someone to take on a newly created role to assist our QSEMS Manager.

**The Role**

The QSEMS Assistant supports the QSEMS Manager in all aspects of the quality system operations. The primary function will be assisting in the ongoing development and maintenance of our internal auditing systems, daily review of our quality system processes and periodic construction site visits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement to the system.

The QSEMS Assistant will also work with the QSEMS Manager to ensure the skill levels of our staff allows them to effectively use our quality systems and software.

**This role suits you if you have/are**:

- Proficient in M/S software.
- Able to work under instruction and be self-motivated to work independently.
- Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Have great communication skills.
- Have facilitated small group and one on one training.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in the commercial construction industry would be an advantage.
- Experience with construction centric software such as Procore and Hammertech would be an advantage.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

You will be a part of an established building team that undertake large, complex, high-end projects. During your employment within the organisation your duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Desktop audits of current projects to identify skill gaps, system gaps and work procedural changes,
- Maintenance of the skills register,
- Assist in the establishment of new projects,
- Assist QSEMS Manager in completing site reviews,
- Complete monthly reports for management review,
- Ongoing review and maintenance of QSEMS records,
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular Quality and Safety meetings.

This position would suit someone with construction industry experience wanting to help shape the future direction of QSEMS within a growing, vibrant company.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
