**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based at our office/warehouse in Marrickville, the full-time Customer Service & Logistics Assistant will help pick and pack our ecommerce orders and handling customer service enquiries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about doing things well and has an excellent attention to detail.

Reporting to Logistics & Inventory Manager, your responsibilities of the role will include:

- Daily picking, packing and shipping of our ecommerce orders.
- Assisting with the picking and packing of our wholesale orders.
- Processing returns & exchanges in a timely manner
- Inventory counting and reporting
- Booking couriers for domestic and international shipments, and arranging related administration with regards to exporting, duty, taxes etc
- Ensure the work area is clean and tidy at all times
- Executing daily administrative tasks where required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience picking and packing
- Highly organised and works well under pressure
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Physical fitness, as this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock (up to 20-25kg) and climbing an industrial ladder
- Would suit someone who enjoys being on their feet and managing varied responsibilities as part of a close team in a fast-paced environment

Our Office/Warehouse is located on Victoria Road in Marrickville, a short distance from our cutters and manufacturers. We are 2 blocks away from central Marrickville shops, very close to a park and with multiple public transport options nearby.

A clothing allowance is offered to high performing staff after a probation period.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
