A beautiful, established rustic setting in Macedon area, they operate a retreat that has captured the hearts of many as a wedding venue, a weekend getaway and a must see for lunch and a glass of wine from their own vines.
**The role**
Working with the enthusiastic owners and managers of this rustic country farm and vineyard, your areas of responsibility will include:

- Working with management to develop long-term strategic initiatives
- Supporting customer-facing operations, including sales and marketing
- Organising and coordinating operations to ensure productivity
- Maintaining relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Managing, leading, developing and mentoring the Office team

**The person**
It’s expected that you will live in the local surrounding area, have previous business management experience (Bach of Bus Admin, Operations Management or similar) with outstanding communication, organisation and interpersonal abilities.
