We're looking for our next sales trainee superstar to join the growing team at Sweeney Real Estate.

A unique opportunity that will jump start your sales career, that will not only see you working with some of our high performing sales agents but also alongside our team in our Footscray/Yarraville offices & your training will be in sales, administration, marketing, and events.

**What Are We Looking For;**
- Fantastic interpersonal skills - you're a great conversationalist, positive, vibrant and ready to jump in
- Passionate about property and keen to learn about all things real estate
- Excited to work with high performing and very busy Sales Agents
- Love talking and networking with anyone and everyone
- Understand that time frames are important and must be met
- Be adaptable and a solutions-based thinker
- Attend all provided training sessions and events
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- A high degree of initiative
- Be team focused
- Be able to learn and adapt quickly
- Be customer service oriented
- Have a drivers licence
- Have a reliable car
