**JOB Title**: Damage and Accidents claims Co-ordinator

**Time Type**: Full time in office

**Location**: Revesby, NSW, 2212.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has become available to join one of Australia's leading vehicle hire companies, in the role of Damage and Accidents claims Co-Ordinator.
We are a Sydney Based Company with a presence across Australia.

**Must have experience in this industry.**

Assessing damage to our insured motor vehicles, supervise and co-ordinating all claims and repair work to ensure restoration with mínimal inconvenience to the company and the consumer.

**Skills required for this position;**
- **An understanding of rental insurance and claims management process, gained from working in the vehicle rental or insurance industry.**:

- Expert assessment skills with a sound understanding of repair methods and settlement types
- The ability to engage with repairers, suppliers and clients over the phone or electronically as required.
- Locating and negotiating acceptable replacement parts if required
- Quality Customer Service aimed at exceeding our customer’s expectations
- Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in quoting accident damaged vehicles and managing claims to successful conclusion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with an ability to build lasting relationships
- Quality and cost focused management of claims
- Computer/ IT competency
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Hold a current driver’s license
