**About the role**

An exciting entry-level role for students or recent graduates. This role will provide you with extensive on-the-job training and leadership mentoring. You will experience the finance operations, commercial and finance controls to become a well-rounded professional in the future. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will gain mentoring and support and exposure to a wide range of projects and areas.

This role is suitable for an accounting, finance, economics student or related discipline graduate.

On-site part-time role with the possibility to go full time in the future.

**Key Areas and Responsibilities include**:

- Accounts payable : input supplier invoices, track overhead costs and employee expenses, weekly supplier payment reporting.
- Payroll : assist with fortnightly payroll where required.
- Reporting: assist Finance Manager with regular and ad hoc management reporting.
- General administration : updating our systems in support of your tasks being performed

**About you**

To be successful you will need to have the following skills and background.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly at all

levels across the business and with suppliers and customers (verbal and
written).
- A strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Be organised with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to resolve

competing priorities and think creatively.
- Be able to follow current processes and procedures.
- Australian working rights.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brendale, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
