Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have continued to build their team of dynamic operators.

Based centrally just outside of the city, they are now seeing a motivated Research Analyst to work beside and support a well respected Director of Retail Sales & Leasing. You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:

- Deliver financial, tenancy & lease analysis on all facets of commercial or retail sites where tenants are in place.
- Commercial sales & lease contracts
- Assistance with viewings and inspections
- Real-Estate Advertising (hard signage, online, shopfronts etc)
- Research property markets & analysing property fundamentals
- Work with Capital Transaction team on acquisition feasibilities and due diligence
- Report writing around Information Memorandums, presentations and research
- Administration support
- Other adhoc Sales PA support
