**Interpreter - Greek**

The Monash Health Language Services (MHLS) Department is looking for experienced Greek Interpreter (NAATI Certified) to join our growing team at Monash Health.

**About the Role**

The Certified Interpreter performs high quality, general and specialised interpreting and translating functions in our health settings. You will provide professional interpreting and translating between staff and patients, families and carers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. You will consult and collaborate with other hospital personnel to understand cultural implications in health conversations to enhance patient safety and quality of care. Now recruiting this part-time ongoing positions due to commence in early 2023

**About you**

You are a NAATI Certified Interpreter with extensive experience, accurate vocabulary in your language and knowledge of health terminology.

You will possess the ability to confidently interpret conversations, professionally and efficiently, between staff and patients, families/carers performing all duties with a high quality of customer service.
