Imperial Stone Industries is a licensed & certified fabricator ( **WSV-0150567548**) by WorkSafe Victoria with over twenty-five years of experience in the stone masonry trade. Our specialty is working with natural stone materials in high-end commercial & residential projects throughout the Melbourne region.

**Introduction & Requirements**

Imperial Stone Industries is looking for ( full-time stonemasons **OR **apprentices ) for the busy road ahead. Your daily activities will be based within the warehouse and mainly consist of the manufacture and installation of fabricated stone products.

We are situated in Sunshine North and the required working hours are 7 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.

To meet the requirements of employment you must have at least one year of experience in most following activities:
**Must have**:

- Worked within the stone masonry trade as either ( Manufacturer or installer )
- The ability to manufacture, shape, and polish stone materials with air-water tools
- The knowledge of different stone materials ( marble, granite, etc )
- The capability of reading and understanding architectural drawings
- Adhere to the rules and standards enforced by WorkSafe Victoria & Imperial Stone Industries ( PPE, Manual handling, Cleaning Up, Etc )

**Desirable qualifications which are considerable**:

- Bridge saw operator
- CNC operator
- Water Jet Operator
- Warehouse Forman
- Autocad Draftsman

**Other aspects and characteristics of employment**:

- Good work ethic amongst fellow employees with a ( can do ) kind of attitude
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work every day
- Attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Is willing to perform a variety of tasks throughout the warehouse

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
