If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Front of House Staff Member at our reputable tyre shop. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and promptly, providing exceptional service in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information regarding tire products, services, and pricing.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate tire products based on their vehicle specifications and preferences.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery and installation of tires for customers.
- Provide post-sales support, including answering customer queries and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of tire products, sizes, and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays
