**About the role**

We are looking for a **Specialist, for the Cultural Connection Program** to project manage learning activities for the Cultural Connection Programme (CCP). Reporting to the Project Lead - Cultural Competency, within our Indigenous Relations team, you will:

- Ensure the seamless integration and adoption of the program within the chosen platform.
- Develop comprehensive skills checks, learning trails, and pathways.
- Grow support and commitment to the program by effectively engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders across all business units.
- Work collaboratively with consulting groups to design and execute the program at a site level.
- Continuously assess the program’s impact and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes and achieve objectives.
- Lead and coordinate learning sessions, masterclasses and additional learning resources.
- Create and implement communication strategies for yarn circles.
- Maintain and document all relevant corporate and legal requirements regarding cultural programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the program’s progress, challenges, and successes.

- Experience in project management to plan, execute, and monitor the integration process, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Experience in designing assessments that accurately measure learner progress and competency
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively. with stakeholders across all business units
- Experience in facilitation and training (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- High attention to detail, and openness to new ideas to continuously improve and support our team
- A positive, can-do action orientated attitude, a passion for your work and willingness to support and help others to learn and grow
