Position Summary:
Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations

Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests

Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by driving service excellence

Engage and serve our guests throughout the complete beverage experience

Support the bar team in general operational tasks, showcasing your imaginative problem solving skills

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings

About You:
An up-to-date RSA

Relevant experience in a similar role
