**About the Role**

As the Manager Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in driving our intelligence initiatives and ensuring effective data analysis and visualisation to inform tactical, operational and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking corporate responsibility for collection plans, environmental scanning, intelligence sources and products, operation and investigation support, and strategic reporting for the agency.
- Operationalising improvements and change to protocols, methodologies, and emerging technologies in support of intelligence outputs.
- Leading and managing a team in undertaking various data analysis and data visualisation tasks using advanced analytics tools.
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including co-regulators, law enforcement agencies, and intelligence organisations, to ensure the quality and relevance of intelligence.
- Leading and developing projects, establishing priorities, and monitoring work plans Delivering timely, accurate and outcomes-focused intelligence assessments and analytics to support, inform and influence policy development
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide real-time intelligence advice on matters affecting the agency's effectiveness and efficiency.

**About** You**
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience within an intelligence and/or data transformation environment.
- You will have proven experience in leading and managing a team in the development and coordination of intelligence strategies.
- You will have an awareness and/or demonstrated ability in data analysis and data visualisation using advanced analytical tools. You will possess excellent knowledge and understanding of qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting.
- You will have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
- You will have outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and monitor work plans effectively.
- You will have strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities and abilities to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and political and social sensitivities**.**

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience delivering outcomes and strategic planning within a complex, sensitive and high-volume environment.
