This independent statutory agency’s role is to act as the central point of contact for free advice and information on the Australian national workplace relations system, investigating workplace complaints, and enforcing compliance with national workplace laws.

**The Opportunity**:
The Agency currently has multiple technology programs and projects and is in need of a Program Change Manager to help develop and implement program change initiatives. You will have the ability to work from home two days a week and in the offices in either ACT, NSW or VIC.

**The Role**:
As the Program Change Manager, you will work under the Chief Information Officer. With limited direction you will be responsible for:

- Engaging with key stakeholders (largely internal) to facilitate program delivery and change management initiatives
- Supporting the delivery of benefits realisation, measurement, and analysis
- Providing specialist support and advice on change management to senior leadership and Project Managers
- Supporting the Project management cohort and the agency to facilitate Change Management resulting from program initiatives or OCIO
- Contributing to the strategic direction of internal communication channels, including senior leadership communications
- Providing support in drafting papers for project boards and governance bodies

**The Ideal Person**:
You will be an experienced Change Manger in the ICT space looking for your next opportunity. You will ideally have:

- Experience running several projects, ideally at program level
- Experience working within federal government
- CMCP - Prosci certified

**Optional**:

- You must be an Australian citizen and have a minimum **baseline** clearance**, or the ability to obtain one, **and be willing to undergo a police check to be successful for this role.

**Salary / Rate**:

- $130/hr - $150/hr + Super
- 6 + 6 month contract
- Flexible WFH options (2 days WFH)
