**About the Role**:
An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join our team and support the Industrial HRBP at Ferrero Lithgow.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible of coordinating and compiling employment contracts, documents and reports while maintaining SAP HR and personnel datas, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

You will be responding to basic HR enquiries and escalating to the HRBP where required. You will lead together with HRBP the engagement initiatives.

You will be responsible for fortnightly payroll and you will coordinate it with the supervisor and Payroll Manager.

You will lead the the day-to-day operations of Workplace Management and you will process orders for general services, production, canteen, etc.

You will assist and coordinate the training of Blue Collars workforce together with HRBP and Supervisors.

You will be in charge of recruitment for permanent, casual and seasonal workforce in alignement with the budget and targets assigned.
