My client is a leading, multi office agency with National success. Currently seeking a successful, experienced leasing consultant/junior property manager looking to step up & run their own small, neat portfolio of only 50 properties This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the most recognized force in the Eastern Beaches of Sydney and join their award-winning corporate team. Spanning across a large range of popular suburbs and a broad selection of architectural styles, this is a talented team offering a dynamic culture and ongoing professionalism. Working alongside a high performing property management team and a New Business Consultant that dominates, this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence.

**The Role**:

- Running your own portfolio of only 50 properties with lots of support
- Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Ingoing & outgoing reports
- Liaising with tenants and landlords

**Skills & Experience**:

- A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
- Excellent computer skills and strong communication
- A self-starter and office motivator
- Highly organized
- The ability to think outside the square
