**About the Company**:
Accor Apartments & Realty is Australia’s leading Asset Manager of premium apartments, hotel and resorts. With over 140 properties in the Pacific alone, we currently have more rooms under management in Australia, than any other strata operator. From individual owner agreements/leases to property management systems, we pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our governance of legislative regulations and risk management processes. This position is critical to us maintaining our outstanding reputation.

**About the Role**:

- Join a friendly team of Asset Management specialists;
- Have the opportunity to visit multiple properties within Australia to Operational Compliance reviews;
- Use your findings to advise Operational Compliance Manager of any training requirements;
- Assist team members from Hotel & Resort Operations, Owner Relations & Business Development team to interpret property specific management/letting agreements, as required;
- Draft approved amendments to agreement terms as required;
- Review Owner Contract changes in Property Management System;
- Assist with maintaining and communicating Policies and Procedures as required;
- Any other relevant duties that may be requested from time to time.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent communication skills with all internal & external stakeholders;
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments;
- Approachable and friendly disposition with a passion for hospitality and teamwork;
- Working knowledge and experience in Trust Accounting and/or Strata Management advantageous;
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge within the property industry
- Previous experience utilising property management systems (PMS) advantageous;
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills;
- Previous experience in Real Estate, operational management in hotels/resort or compliance advantageous;
