**About the Role**

Our busy Operations Manager is seeking a casual office support person to assist her at our South Melbourne office, this is a hybrid role, and you will also have the option of working from home. This role will be 4-5 days per week, approximately 4-6 hours per day.

**There will be a range of tasks including**:

- Send reports.
- Data entry, roster changes/set up new employees.
- Receive inbound calls regarding treatments.
- Manage the Treatment appointment booking in both platform Mobi/Helix, confirm patient appointments.
- Manage the electrical test and tag compliance register.
- Manage fire extinguish compliance.
- Manage mailbox - depositing cheques.
- Assist with reschedule lists.
- Set up/closing/relocating/general maintenance at our clinics.
- Distribute marketing material.
