We are looking to appoint a full-time Customer Enquiries Coordinator to support Life Care's Residential care facilities, consisting of 5 outstanding locations throughout Adelaide.

Residential Care provides 24/7 support for seniors who can no longer live independently in their own home. It is the perfect option for people who benefit from a greater degree of hands-on support, by providing accommodation, meals, cleaning, laundry, assistance with showering and dressing and nursing care if required. It also provides a wide range of social opportunities to suit one’s personal interests or hobbies.

All of the Life Care Residential Care facilities have been designed to create a community environment that focuses on a high quality of life and provide opportunities to ‘Live Every Day’.

**About you**

As the Customer Enquiries coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for our clients into the residential care facility. Your core responsibilities are focused on monitoring occupancy levels at the residential sites and working with internal teams and sites to manage as required. You will assist with the admin tasks of the admission process, including arranging of contractual agreements of permanency of care.

You will need to have a prior knowledge of Residential Aged Care, CHSP, HCP and government funding streams. A sound understanding of customer service principles would also be greatly useful for this position.
