**About the Role**:
As a crucial member of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a highly motivated and cohesive firm committed to delivering exceptional results for clients. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide administrative support to several Authors, overseeing all administrative aspects of matters.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Diary Management
- Appointment Scheduling
- Client and 3rd Party Liaison
- Preparation and Filing of Court Documents
- Brief Preparation
- Electronic File Management using Practice Evolve (PE)
- Time recording & billing
- Dictation
- Administrative Support

**About You**:
Presenting yourself professionally and possessing effective communication skills, you should have a demonstrated experience working within Personal Injury or Employment Law, excellent verbal and written communication skills and developed exceptional time management skills.Along with:

- A high attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactively exercise initiative
- Exhibit strong documentation skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiently use the MS Office suite
- Lateral thinking skills
- Experience with Practice Evolve (PE) or a similar electronic document and practice management system highly advantageous
