**Formula for Success**

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you’ll support the BASF business units by acting as a central point of escalation for supply chain operations issues. You’ll be responsible for capturing and analysing supply chain concerns and implementing a continuous improvement program. Additionally, you will oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure they are executed in line with established processes and compliance standards.

You’ll:

- Work with major 3PL providers to maintain a system of continuous improvement across service, efficiency, safety and systems.
- Monitor inventory and co-ordinate associated activities across ANZ, such as claims, disposals, stocktakes and samples management.
- Work with Business Units, Hub Customer Service and 3PL providers with identifying and managing service queries and failures.
- Support Business Units to ensure any changes in scope of activities are properly communicate to hub colleagues.
- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain Operations processes and tasks.

**Ingredients for Success**

To be successful in this role, you'll be team orientated with the ability to evaluate, analyse and provide effective customer service. You'll be a natural communicator, able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, act quickly and decisively.

You’ll:

- Hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
- Be highly diligent with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- SAP experience a plus
