Assistant Migration Agent

**Full-time Migration/Visa Assistant in Williams Landing Office**

At least **2-3 year** of experience in similar field is preferred.

**The Role**

The successful applicant will be working at busy office Williams Landing, VIC and provide assistance on the following visas: Student visas, GSM, Partner, TSS 482, ENS and all other visas.

Duties and Responsibilities as a Migration Assistant:
Deal effectively with new and existing clients;
Enter and maintain client information in migration management system
Ensuring visas are prepared accurately for lodgment to the DHA
Building the firm's customer base and reputation through top tier service
Communicate with cleints professionally, ethically, and effectively.
Ensuring all weekly follow ups are completed on time
Continuously building and expanding knowledge base and research.
Able to handle workload and stress management.

**Requirements**:
At least 2-3 years of experience in similar industry is must
Ability to liaise with and build relationships with clients
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Williams Landing, VIC 3027: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Are you currently pursuing Diploma in Migration Law ? (preferred)
