**About the role**:
We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Graduate who is ready to begin their career in an industry that is truly interesting and to be part of a team that will support your career in HR, wherever that takes you.

As part of our national HR Team, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks and support projects that will broaden your understanding of generalist HR, diversity & inclusion, industrial relations, and employee relations.

**About you**:
It sounds like a great role doesn’t it, so what do we expect of you?
- Recently graduated, or about to graduate, with a university degree relating to the field of Human Resources.
- Share our values of Safety, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence.
- The ability to positively communicate with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Previous experience working in a corporate or office environment would be preferred.
- Proficient in using technology on a day-to-day basis.
