Meka Recruitment is looking for Admin Assistant for a gas installation and service company based in Pinkenba. Due to our client's growth, they are looking for a experienced Admin Assistant that can start immediately and hit the ground running.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars
- Arrange staff meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails
- Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports using word processing software
- Edit documents with Microsoft Office
- Maintain databases and filing systems.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Outlook and Teams

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Temp to perm, Contract
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
