This is a newly created position being offered due to continued growth in the Australian and New Zealand operations.

**The Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations and Logistics Manager, you will liaise between suppliers, procurement, warehouse, sales and customer service to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to the Australian and New Zealand markets. This is a busy time for the business integrating the new brands into the operations including new systems and procedures. With local and worldwide assistance to get you up and running, you will be supported to achieve at your best. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Raise purchase orders in SAP and update as required
- Plan, coordinate and manage import and export documentation related to international supply chain
- Assist with shipment optimisation
- Monitor open PO's and deliveries to keep stakeholders updated
- Coordinate and receipt of stock to warehouse
- Manage stock transfers between Australia and New Zealand
- Maintain inventory trade pricing
- Liaise with Sales Managers for demand forecasts
- Inventory optimisation and maintenance within SAP
- Maintain supplier and 3PL relationships
- End of Month reporting
- Promote continuous improvement

**Your Background**

We are seeking a person with a strong interest and desire to continue to develop their career in supply chain. We are seeking a person with previous experience to hit the ground running. If you describe yourself as an Excel whiz with strong analytical skills and strong numerical skills then this is the position for you Formal qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain would be advantageous but not essential. To be successful in this position you will possess the following skills and expeirence;
- Prior experience in a similar position essential
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills essential
- SAP experience or similar ERP system highly regarded
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
