Ninja Coach

**Flip Out Blacktown **is seeking the services of a dynamic Gymnastics Coach or Cheerleader to conduct our weekly Ninja Classes. Ninja Classes are for kids between approximately 5 years to 14 years of age and run for approximately 1 hour each class. Our Ninjas are fierce but cute and no fighting skills are taught. The Ninja program is an NSW accredited sports program and we have a huge amount of interest from our community for their kids to join us.

Must have the following criteria prior to starting:

- First Aid Certificate if 17+
- A WWCC if you are over the age of 18 years old

You must be able to work with children and follow a structured class format which is all provided to you. We are looking for somebody who can flip and perform tricks safely. You must be prepared to complete all 40 online training modules prior to starting. This will take approximately 2 hours of your time once you have been accepted.
- Possess great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, Ninja Registration days and any Ninja Training courses assigned by HQ.
- **Possess at least 12 months gymnastics experience.**:

- Be Fun and enthusiastic
- Have a positive can-do attitude: getting to work early and on-time, understand what Work Ethic means.
- Possess great time management skills to work quickly within a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to clean to meet the high cleaning standard within the timelines provided.

Flip Out Blacktown prides itself in meeting the Australian Standards of Trampolining and whilst it is a fun place of work, all staff must be highly trained prior to commencing.

- Full Ninja Warrior Course
- Main Arena
- Parkour Boxes
- Soft play for the younger kids.

**Salary**: $22.13 - $53.35 per hour
