**What You Will Be Doing**

The Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant (AHA) will competently provide Physiotherapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) assessment and intervention for patients accepted onto the Supported Patent Centred Early discharge program (SPeED) and to The Mornington Centre (TMC) wards as required. This position also supports the administrative and non-clinical functions of the SPeED, OT and PT teams at TMC. This will include data capture and collation, equipment maintenance, cleaning and other duties as directed.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
- Experience working in an inpatient health care setting.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to take an organised and methodical approach to the prioritisation of tasks.
- Demonstrated capacity to supervise grade 2 AHAs and AHA students
