We work with a wide range of clients, architects and builders throughout Australia on a variety of engineering projects. We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsperson to join our team.

**The Opportunity**

This is a key appointment and as such we are seeking a skilled, passionate and motivated full-time Structural Draftsperson who wants to grow in their career.

In your role, you will:

- Develop your drafting and delivery skills.
- Coordinate with our senior drafting manager and structural engineers to produce detailed documentation.
- Be a team player with the ambition to learn, lead, develop and improve alongside other team members.
- Contribute to building a strong, diverse company that respects and values what each individual brings to our clients.
- An Engineering Diploma and/or relevant certificates in structural/civil engineering
- preferred but not essential depending on experience
- A minimum of two years practical drafting experience working for structural design engineering consultancy
- AutoCAD knowledge and experience
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills to work effectively with our engineers and other drafters
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with developing and coordinating drawings from engineers’ sketches
- The willingness to be accountable and responsible
- Time management skills balanced with delivering high-quality drawings
- The ability and self-motivation to work independently
