**What you will be doing as a Disability Support Worker**:

- In-home care services
- Assisting in accessing social activities
- Providing emotional and psychological support
- Developing daily life skills

**About you**:

- Prior experience in disability support or personal care, or relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, Nursing Student, PCW, AIN, EN, RN, etc. preferable
- Empathy and patience
- Enthusiasm for providing disability support
- Some knowledge of NDIS preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Multilingual preferable

**Requirements**:

- ABN Sole Trader
- Blue Card - Working with Children Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Yellow Card - NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check (Australian criminal record check) or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module and New Worker NDIS Module
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver’s License
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance coverage
- COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination
