Encore Logistics Group is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our team in Bayswater, Melbourne.

**Delivery Assistant**
Casual positions available.

$30.98 per hour + super.

$39.65 - $52.04 + super for overtime / weekends.

We offer a flexible roster operating Monday to Saturday with the occasional Sunday shift - anywhere from 2-5 shifts available per week.

Each day at Encore is different.

Our teams work across Melbourne metro and regional areas to complete deliveries to customers of our big brand mattress and furniture retail partners.

We also support family violence and social service agencies for clients moving from house to house, into storage, and everywhere in-between.

Here's what you can expect of a standard shift:

- All shifts start at our base warehouse in Bayswater (3153), close to public transport with parking on site.
- Your schedule for the day is prepared for you by our office staff including all delivery / pick up locations as well as specific information for each job.
- You'll drive to delivery sites to deliver and assemble furniture, all while providing excellent customer service.
- On the job training in all elements of the role - including customer service, delivery standards and OH&S.
- You'll update paperwork as the day progresses, marking down all payments taken and photographing all deliveries.

Previous experience in a similar capacity isn't required. A background in customer service and a full driver's licence are definite assets

Pay: From $30.98 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayswater, VIC 3153: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
